Firearms and Mental Health – Awareness and Support leaflet

The Firearms and Mental Health – Awareness and Support leaflet was published at the end of July 2022.  The publication was included in the last newsletter and was also included on the SACS website.

The leaflet will be included in correspondence from Police Scotland when dealing with grants, renewals and variations of certificates.  It will also be included in membership renewal packs from most shooting organisations.

Whilst the leaflet is designed to offer constructive help for all those affected by such challenges, and importantly those close to those affected, it is probably worthwhile to keep this leaflet, perhaps with your certificates or in the cabinet as a reference guide, if it is ever needed or you are seeking to find out information to help someone else.

If you have any queries re this, please don’t hesitate to phone the office.  We are here to help you.
